Dear Editor:
I am a resident of the City of Jefferson. I would like to express my sincere concern over the obscene political sign in front of a home on Main Street in Jefferson.
While I respect everyone’s right to express their views, the large political sign in bold letters stating “F*** Biden” goes beyond what should be accepted in the public forum. I am offended by the use of profane language and am concerned that it is in plain sight of children and really anyone traveling down this main road in our community. Difference of opinion is good, but I and the community at large should not have to put up with this.
