Melissa Winker Announces Run For Wisconsin’s 13th District Senate Seat

Melissa Winker has announced that she will be running for the 13th Senate seat vacated by Scott Fitzgerald. The 13th district includes Assembly districts 38 and 37 which covers the top 1/2 of Jefferson County.
